Western Blot Ag Signal Enhancer modifies the surface structure of transfer membranes (NC or PVDF), increases the exposure of target proteins, and thus produces more antibody-antigen bindings.

• Sensitivity is enhanced by 3 to 10 times.
• Usage of primary antibodies can be reduced.
• Detection of low concentration protein can be improved.

INSTRUCTIONS:

★ 30mL Western Blot Ag Signal Enhancer for 1 sheet of 8 x 10 cm membrane ★

1. After transfer, incubate NC or PVDF transfer membranes with Western Blot Ag Signal Enhancer at room temperature for 20 minutes.
2. Remove the transfer membrane from Western Blot Ag Signal Enhancer, and wash by TBST buffer twice, 5 minutes each time.
3. Continue following blocking, incubation, etc. steps of western blot.
