♥ If the glass slide is hydrophile treated, the glass slide should be soaked in a 0.1N hydrochloric acid solution for about 30 seconds and then dry it after washing with water for avoiding fall-off the circle from the slide.
♥ Application for Frozen Sections:
Before applying the pen, it is necessary to clean up the glass slide by xylene and ethanol or coat with egg-albumin glycerine or poly-L-lysine.
