Residual antibody in BSA, as well as residual biotin or alkaline phosphatase in non-fat milk often cause noises, increase background, and interefere detections while perforimg western blot.
Western Blot Protein-Free Blocker is composed with high polymers which are chemically synthesized, and can:

INSTRUCTIONS: 【As Blocking Buffer】

★ 30mL Western Blot Protein-Free Blocker for 1 sheet of 8 x 10 cm membrane ★

1. After transfer, incubate NC or PVDF transfer membranes with Western Blot Protein-Free Blocker at room temperature for 5 minutes.
   (If you want to maintain the original pace of experiments, blocking can also be performed with diluted Western Blot Protein-Free Blocker (1:5) overnight.)
2. Continue following antibody incubation, etc. steps of western blot.

INSTRUCTIONS: 【As Antibody Diluent】

1. Dilute Western Blot Protein-Free Blocker 1:10 by TBST or PBST.
2. Use diluted Western Blot Protein-Free Blocker to adjust the concentration of *primary antibody as desired, and then perform assays as usual.
   *Based on customers’ feedback, secondary antibody diluted by Western Blot Protein-Free Blocker may not work optimally.
