INSTRUCTIONS:

★ Based on customers' feedback, applying primary and secondary antibodies both diluted with Western Blot Ab Signal Enhancer may not achieve optimal results ★

1. Dilute primary antibody with Western Blot Ab Signal Enhancer and secondary antibody with the buffer of choice to concentractions desired.
2. Incubate the transfer membrane (after blocking and washing) with diluted primary antibody at room temperature for 60 minutes with gentle rocking
3. Wash the membrane with TBST 2 times for 3-5 minutes each.
4. Incubate the membrane with diluted secondary antibody at room temperature for 60 minutes with gentle rocking.
5. Wash the membrane with TBST 2 times for 3-5 minutes each, and then perform the assay as usual.
